I quickly developed a application using facebook and twitter apis. It’s up at votestatus.com.  The basic of the site is to allow vote on the status that you can post in to the twitter or facebook. You can connect to votestatus with your twitter or facebook account and then post status in votestatus.com after connected and you will get option to post the status to the facebook or twitter which you have used to connect to the site. up/down voting system is applied in the votestatus.com.
